For over 25 years, Sabbia has been featuring contemporary fine jewelry designers from around the world. The first Sabbia location opened in September of 2000 on Oak Street in Chicago in partnership with Alex Sepkus. Today, Sabbia is located in the lobby of thge Ritz Carlton on Key Biscayne, Miami. Sabbia is still available to our clients by appointment in Chicago and in San Francisco. Curating a collection of distinctive and sophisticated designs, Sabbia is honored to represent some of the most talented artists in the industry. Collections include, Sylva & Cie, Lina Fanourakis, Dries Criel, Shamballa Jewels and Hulchi Belluni, among others. Sabbia does not carry one design style or aesthetic but all Sabbia’s Collections are designed and crafted by expert artisans who respect the ancient art of fine jewelry making and use the finest materials and techniques in the industry.
